Planning your visits
- Prices include the care of up to two cats.
- Additional cats or small animals are charged at £5 per pet.
- We also care for small animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs and tortoises. We do not provide care for snakes or spiders.
- Stay & Play is ideal for kittens or cats requiring additional attention, playtime and companionship. This service includes one visit of up to 60 minutes.
Securing your booking
To secure your booking slot, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due seven days before the first visit.
If your booking starts within seven days, full payment is required to secure the booking.
If you wish to proceed, please confirm within 48 hours; otherwise, these dates may become unavailable. Once confirmed, we will send an invoice. The required payment must be made within 48 hours of the invoice being issued.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the dates will be released.

Overnight Stays at Your Property

Includes evening and morning feeding, fresh water, litter-tray care, playtime, companionship and medication where required.
Your sitter will stay overnight at your property but will not remain in the home throughout the day.
Overnight availability is limited and must be arranged well in advance.
Bank holiday and festive-period overnight stays are quoted separately.

Additional Fees
- Key collection: £7 per journey
- Key return: £7 per journey
- Emergency supplies: Emergency collection of food, litter or other essential supplies costs £20, plus the cost of the items and any applicable parking charges.
- Emergency vet transport: £40 for the first hour and £25 for each additional hour. Veterinary fees and any parking charges remain the client’s responsibility.
- Parking: Where paid parking or a permit is required, the client must provide a suitable permit or cover the applicable parking charges. Any parking fines incurred because suitable parking was not provided may be passed on to the client.
- Short-notice bookings: Bookings requested less than seven days before the first visit are subject to availability and a £7 administration fee. This reflects the additional time and route adjustments required to accommodate the booking.
- Late payments: A £7 late-payment administration fee will be added if the final balance is not received by its due date.
Clients are welcome to leave their keys securely with Meow Moments for future bookings, avoiding further collection and return charges.
What to Leave for Your Cat
All we ask is that you provide everything we need to care for your cat, including their food, treats, toys, litter, cleaning supplies and any medication.
For Your Peace of Mind
We take security very seriously. Your keys are stored separately from your personal details. Access to your information is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it to arrange or carry out your booking, respond to an emergency or meet legal obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We are fully insured and DBS checked.
We are Pet First Aid & CPR Level 3 certified to handle pet emergencies, ensuring your pets are safe and cared for in any situation.
In addition, we hold a Pet Sitting Diploma, ensuring that we provide expert, loving care tailored to each pet’s unique needs.
