Highly recommend Meow Moments Cat Sitters! We had Michelle looking after our cat this summer. After a bad experience with a cat sitter, I was very worried about going away this year and having someone taking care of our cat. Michelle was very professional, reliable and took a great care of our cat. We received daily updates from her with videos/photos of him. She was very flexible and was able to do our visit on our preferable time which we are very thankful for. Cristal was happy and loving every visit she made. I would 100% recommend Meow Moments to anyone looking for reliable and caring cat sitting. They looked after our beloved Tiny whilst we were away and gave us complete peace of mind.

They were incredibly professional and made sure everything was in order before looking after her. Tiny was so well cared for, and we received regular updates and lovely photos throughout our time away, which meant so much to us.

We’ve used Meow Moments several times already. Michelle is fantastic, reassuring & gentle with our cat, Billy. He was shy at first but Michelle was patient with him and he is now welcoming her with meows and flopping onto his back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meow Moments. Michelle looked after our kitten Cali for ten days and it was the first time we'd left her for any length of time. The service was incredible from start to finish; Michelle kept us updated with Whatsapp messages and videos so we knew how Cali was doing the whole time we were away - this really helped us to relax and feel at ease. The booking system was also really well organized and comprehensive in terms of us being able to give lots of info about Cali and her routine. Cali is a very shy cat and Michelle put a huge amount of effort into getting her to feel comfortable enough to come out and have a play/roll around. We had never used a cat sitter before and were a bit nervous, but Michelle was incredible from start to finish. From our first call, we felt so reassured. Her online portal is super convenient for managing schedules and care instructions.

I am so pleased to have found Michelle and Meow Moments. I love my holidays but always feel guilty about leaving my cat, Ron.  But going away this time and using Michelle I was completely at peace because she is fantastic. Ronnie is very nervous with new people, but she got him playing and he seemed to be having a lovely time with her. The video and photo updates are such a lovely touch to reassure you, and shows just how great she is at her job, warm, friendly and with a genuinue love for cats (even the slightly nervous and grumpy ones!). Michelle looked after my cat Pebbles whilst I was away on holiday, it’s the first time I’d used a cat sitting service but I felt instantly at ease when Michelle came to collect the keys and meet Pebbles. She was great at sending daily pictures and videos of Pebbles, giving cat care advice and it was clear Pebbles felt at ease and comfortable with her very quickly.
