The service was incredible from start to finish; Michelle kept us updated with Whatsapp messages and videos so we knew how Cali was doing the whole time we were away - this really helped us to relax and feel at ease. The booking system was also really well organized and comprehensive in terms of us being able to give lots of info about Cali and her routine. Cali is a very shy cat and Michelle put a huge amount of effort into getting her to feel comfortable enough to come out and have a play/roll around.
