Additionally, by putting out wheelie bins, opening and closing curtains, and turning lights on or off, we help maintain the appearance that your property is occupied. Your home security is important to us. We will also let you know if we notice anything unusual at your property during a visit.

Absolutely! We love keeping you informed about your pet’s well-being in your absence. We will send regular updates and photos of your beloved pet (daily, if you prefer) through the method you and your sitter have agreed upon—text, email, or WhatsApp.

Our standard visits typically last between 20 to 30 minutes, though we’re happy to stay longer if your cat needs extra time. We understand that every cat is unique, some love to cuddle on laps, while others prefer a quick meal and some solitude. Whether your cat is strictly indoors or enjoys the outdoors, we adapt our approach to suit their individual preferences. Our focus is on building a trusting relationship with your cat, letting them set the pace. With time and patience, even the most reserved cats can become lap cats.

For those who need a bit more attention, we also offer a Play & Stay option. This extended visit lasts up to an hour, perfect for playful kittens or cats who benefit from extra interaction and care.

Please make sure your Client Portal is fully up to date before your booking, including feeding instructions, medication details, veterinary information, emergency contacts and access details.

We also ask that you leave enough food, litter, medication and any other essentials your cat may need for the duration of your time away, with everything clearly accessible for us.

Yes. We are experienced in administering medication, including oral medication and injections such as insulin where required. All medication instructions should be added to your Client Portal so we have clear, up to date information about your cat’s medication, dosage and routine.

We’re happy to report that it’s a rare occurrence, but we always keep a close eye on your pet for any signs of unusual behavior or symptoms. If we notice anything concerning, our first step is to contact you and describe the issue. If you’re worried, we’ll transport your pet to the vet using the carry case you provided for emergencies. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll assess the situation and, if necessary, take your pet to your vet or an emergency vet if it’s after hours. Rest assured, we would care for your pet as if they were our own.
