After a bad experience with a cat sitter, I was very worried about going away this year and having someone taking care of our cat. Michelle was very professional, reliable and took a great care of our cat. We received daily updates from her with videos/photos of him. She was very flexible and was able to do our visit on our preferable time which we are very thankful for. Cristal was happy and loving every visit she made. They were incredibly professional and made sure everything was in order before looking after her. Tiny was so well cared for, and we received regular updates and lovely photos throughout our time away, which meant so much to us.

Michelle looked after our kitten Cali for ten days and it was the first time we'd left her for any length of time. The service was incredible from start to finish; Michelle kept us updated with Whatsapp messages and videos so we knew how Cali was doing the whole time we were away - this really helped us to relax and feel at ease. The booking system was also really well organized and comprehensive in terms of us being able to give lots of info about Cali and her routine. But going away this time and using Michelle I was completely at peace because she is fantastic.
