We’re a mother and daughter team caring for cats across Mitcham, Colliers Wood, Wimbledon, Southfields, Wallington, Sutton and surrounding areas. As we grow, we’re also welcoming enquiries from potential sitters in new locations.
If you love cats, have hands-on experience and your own car, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for kind, dependable people who take pride in caring for both cats and their owners’ homes.

- Getting to know clients and learning their cats’ routines and care instructions.
- Safely handling keys, fobs and alarm codes.
- Visiting cats in their own homes, usually once or twice daily over bookings lasting from a few days to several weeks.
- Providing food, fresh water and litter-tray care.
- Offering playtime, cuddles or quiet companionship, depending on the cat.
- Sending owners written updates and photos.
- Administering medication only where agreed and you have the appropriate guidance and competence.
- Helping with small household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in post and putting bins out.
- Cleaning up the occasional furball, spill or accident.

Cat sitting can fit alongside other commitments, but once you accept a booking, the agreed visits and care routines need to be reliably covered.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love of cats and hands-on experience, whether through owning, fostering or caring for other people’s cats.
- A reliable car and a full UK driving licence.
- Confidence using a smartphone and email for care information and client updates.
- A trustworthy, caring and dependable approach.
- Availability for some mornings, evenings, weekends and busy holiday periods.
- A clear DBS check, or willingness to complete one before starting.
- Careful attention to instructions and respect for clients’ homes and privacy.
Payment & Working Arrangements
These opportunities are offered on a self-employed basis. You choose which bookings to accept and manage your availability.
- You’ll know what you’ll earn for each booking before accepting it.
- You can choose weekly or monthly payment.
- You’ll be responsible for your own tax records and returns.
- We’ll provide guidance and explain the working arrangements before you start.
Your Questions Answered
Previous paid cat sitting experience isn’t essential. We’re interested in responsible, caring people with practical experience of looking after cats, including their own pets, foster cats or cats belonging to friends and neighbours.
Tell us about your experience when you apply. We’ll discuss your suitability and the guidance you would need before taking on bookings.
Most visits take place in the mornings and evenings, with demand also during weekends and holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter and summer.
You can choose bookings that fit your availability. Once accepted, you’ll need to complete the visits within the agreed arrangements and follow each cat’s care routine.
Yes, these opportunities are offered on a self-employed basis. You choose which bookings to accept and are responsible for your own tax records and returns. We’ll explain payment, insurance cover and working arrangements before you start.
You’ll need to travel reliably between clients’ homes, sometimes across different areas. Having your own reliable car helps you complete visits within the agreed times and manage your route.
Yes. Clients trust us with their cats and access to their homes, so a DBS check is part of our requirements. Let us know if you already have one. If not, we’ll explain how to arrange one before starting.
Yes. We’re also welcoming enquiries from potential sitters in new locations. Include your postcode and the areas you could realistically cover so we can discuss whether there may be a suitable opportunity.
